We put a considerable amount of time into researching our accommodations, and are always looking for new opportunities to improve our choices. Depending on the tour chosen, your lodging may vary from a small country hotel to an African bush lodge. All are chosen for their warm welcome, comfort and cuisine. Most of our guests comment on how good the food is on our trips. We believe that after a day's hiking and exploring, you deserve the best. Enjoying the local cuisine is part of any cultural experience. We Lunch by a Scottish streamencourage our suppliers to provide the best of locally produced food, thus further supporting the economy of that area and reducing the impact of our 'food miles'. Sourcing your food locally reduces significantly reduces the environmental impact of that food.

Dinner is also an opportunity to relax, share the events of the day and sample further beverages. Your dining experiences will range from simple local tavernas to Michelin-starred restaurants. Don't expect to lose weight.
